The team manager is responsible for organizing and running the team. The manager selects (drafts) the team in Divisions 10, 12, and 14 and is responsible for all communications with the team's players and parents.

The coach is responsible for the training and skill building of the team's players.

The team chaperone (who must be a female) is responsible for chaperoning the team during all practices and games and often assists the coach and manager.

Each team is responsible for providing a scorekeeper to keep the official score book for games in which they are the home team. Most teams also have a team parent who assists the team manager.
